Job Description:

The Counselor will be under the supervision of the TWO-Project Aware Coordinator. To provide professional counseling services to students by assisting students in improving grades and performance, problem solving, academic, social as well as domestic. To provide test and measurement services to the school, serve as the resource person for teachers, other school staff and parents. Will be required to work with small groups of students, classes as well as groups of parents that are in need of assistance. The goal is for all students to be proficient in their grade level. Provides services to both employees and students to identify and assist in the resolution in behavior that that adversly affects employee job perfomance and students academic progress.
