Are you interested in working in a supportiv environment where students and teachers are valued? The Jones County School District is looking for a 5th Grade Classroom Teacher. This is a semi-self-contained classroom. The teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans and delivering instruction aligned with state content standards in reading, language arts, science, social studies, and technology. Key responsibilities include maintaining effective classroom management, organizing the classroom environment, supervising recess and lunch as assigned, attending staff meetings and professional development sessions, and fostering a positive learning environment that supports the success of all students.
