Job Description:

The Sisseton Public School District in Sisseton, SD is accepting applications for an up to 0.49 FTE Dakota Language Teacher (w-w/o coaching). 

Starting date:  August 2025

Salary: Approx. $23,765+, DOE (based on 180-day contract, 0.49 FTE) + signing bonus.

Sisseton High School serves approximately 300 students in grades 9-12, and Sisseton Middle School serves approximately 300 students in grades 5-8. 

Applicants should possess or be eligible for South Dakota certification in Dakota Language instruction. Certification process website: https://doe.sd.gov/certification/. South Dakota provides teacher certification reciprocity.
