Job Description:

The Sisseton Public School District in Sisseton, SD is accepting applications for a 1.0 FTE 8th Grade English Language Arts Teacher (w-w/o coaching).

Starting date: August, 2025

Salary: $48,500+, DOE + $3000 signing bonus (based upon 180-day contract)

The Sisseton Middle School serves approximately 300 students in grades 5-8. 

Applicants should possess or be eligible for South Dakota certification in elementary education, secondary education, or another comparable license.  Certification process website: https://doe.sd.gov/certification/
