Possible Job Summary:
The Vocational Agriculture Teacher and FFA Advisor will be responsible for teaching agriculture-related courses, managing the school’s agricultural education program, and serving as an advisor to the local FFA chapter. This role combines classroom instruction, hands-on agricultural activities, and leadership development to prepare students for careers in agriculture and related industries while fostering personal growth and citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in areas such as animal science, plant science, agricultural mechanics, agribusiness, and natural resources.
• Supervise and provide guidance for students' Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) projects.
• Serve as the advisor for the FFA chapter, facilitating student participation in leadership activities, competitions, and community service projects.
• Collaborate with local agricultural businesses, community members, and industry leaders to enhance program opportunities.
• Manage and maintain school facilities, labs, and equipment related to agriculture education.
• Participate in professional development to stay current on trends in agriculture and education.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the school community to promote the agriculture program.
