Job Description:

Work Days: School calendar term or as assigned at time of employment or as amended. Hours flexible but not to exceed 7 and ½ hours per day with morning and afternoon break and a ½ hour lunch break. Breaks will be pro-rated for shorter contract hours of duty

Reports To: Primarily the teacher to whom the aide is assigned or the building principal

REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalency; experience with children and other child-oriented training preferred

JOB SUMMARY: Works directly with the classroom teacher to provide clerical and instructional support of the teacher

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITES:
Works with student in association with and other the direct supervision of the classroom teacher or principal
May assist with one-to-one tutoring, small group follow-up work with students
Provides lunchroom supervision and assistance and playground supervision as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned

Primary Location    -Watertown High School
Salary Range    -$15.60 / Per Hour
Shift Type    -Full Time/10 month
