Job Description:

Todd County School District is looking for Exceptional Education instructors for all age levels, preK-12 grade. You will be impacting students with disabilities, including physical, mental, emotional, and learning disabilities. You may teach in small groups, co-teaching with general education teachers, one-on-one, or as a class. You will be in charge of developing individualized teaching plans (IEPs) for each student, assess students' skills and progress to help them achieve learning milestones, and may help students develop skills for independent living, employment, and education or training.

Todd County Exceptional education teachers collaborate with the IEP team, parents, general education teachers and support staff. As a new employee at TCSD, your onboarding will include learning the documentation program, meeting your Ex. Ed. team members, and being assigned a mentor to assist you in your new position.
