Job Description:

Grade Level: Elementary School/Middle School


What You’ll Do:
As a paraprofessional, you will work alongside our amazing teachers and special education staff to provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs.


Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.

Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, activities, and playtime.

Help students develop essential social, communication, and academic skills.

Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress and behavior.

Be a positive role model, helping students build confidence and independence.

Transport students from home to school/school to home


Qualifications:
48 hours of college or an Associate’s Degree or Certification of Praxis test completion

Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs (preferred but not required).

Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
