Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Interim 1st Grade Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. This temporary position will provide an enriching and supportive learning environment for our young learners. The ideal candidate will foster a love of learning and contribute to the overall growth and development of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities.
Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Valid teaching certification for elementary education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
